<p><strong>Decor:</strong></p>
<ul>

<li>alune(de preferinta)</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Se  mixeaza la maxim zaharul cu coaja de portocala si ouale intr-un vas, pana se tripleaza volumul.  Se adauga faina amestecata cu amidonul si praful de copt, se incorporeaza usor in ouale mixate. </span></strong><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Se unge o tava cu unt si se pudreaza cu faina, apoi se toarna aluatul cu grija. </span></strong>Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade pentru 20-25 minute.  Se scoate blatul si se pune la racit. Se pune  si se amesteca:  mascarpone, laptele de cocos si zaharul pana acesta din urma se topeste.   Se adauga fructele de padure.   Se taie blatul in doua si se umple cu crema.  Se apasa cu palmele usor peste cel de-al doilea blat, apoi se orneaza dupa preferinte.</p>

<p>Combinatia dintre blatul de tort, fructe de padure si frisca proaspata o gasesc irezistibila si potrivita pentru orice aniversare. Buchetul de culori si aroma fructelor de padure, fac din acest tort unul dintre cele mai bune torturi pe care le-am gustat vreodata.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Frecati zaharul cu untul si coaja de la lamaie pana obtineti o crema.  Adaugati ouale, unul cate unul, apoi sarea, faina si laptele. Adaugati drojdia. Puneti aluatul intr-o tava rotunda cu diametrul de aproximativ 25 cm, unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina si lasati astfel pana sunt gata fructele. Curatati merele de coaja, taiati-le in doua, scoateti-le mijlocul tare si samburii, iar apoi crestati suprafata bombata a fiecarui mar, astfel incat sa aiba aspect de gratar. Stropiti-le cu zeama de lamaie.  Asezati merele deasupra aluatului din tava, cu partea bombata in sus.  Coaceti totul circa 45 de minute, la o temperatura de 180 grade (treapta 5). Cand prajitura este gata, ungeti-o cu dulceata de caise incalzita.</p>

<p>Prajitura taraneasca cu mere prezentata mai sus, este absolut delicioasa, si cu un aspect deosebit. Are gustul tipic de prajitura cu mere, iar prezentarea este cu totul diferita. Am ramas cu o foarte buna impresie!</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca cu mixerul spuma o cana de zahar cu galbenusurile pana devine ca o crema, aproximativ zece minute.  Se adauga pe rand zaharul vanilat, esentele, lingurile de apa rece, lingurile de ulei si se amesteca bine.  Se pune praful de copt stins cu lamaie, cele doua cani cu faina si se amesteca. Se adauga nucile, alunele si lingurile de smantana. Albusurile se bat spuma tare impreuna cu restul de zahar, cam 15 minute. Dupa aceea se incorporeaza foarte usor in compozitia cu galbenusuri.  Se toarna totul in doua tavi de chec unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina sau acoperite cu foaie de copt. Se opreste putin din compozitia rezultata si se amesteca cu cele doua linguri de cacao.  Se toarna pe deasupra in strat subtire si se niveleaza cu furculita. Se pot pune deasupra si cate trei bomboane de ciocolata.  Tavile se dau la cuptor la foc potrivit,  cuptorul fiind incins in prealabil.  Se tin 20 minute, se verifica cu o scobitoare daca s-au facut.<br />
Dupa ce s-au copt si s-au scos din tavi si s-au racit putin se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.  Totul iese pufos si delicios.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff6666;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span><span> </span></span></span></span>Se zdrobesc bananele , apoi se adauga zaharul , ouale, uleiul si se amesteca bine pana amestecul creste.  Adaugam , coaja rasa de lamaie,  scortisoara,  faina amestecata cu bicarbonatul si praful de copt.  La sfarsit adaugam fructele confiate si stafidele.</p>
<p>Turnam compozitia intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu faina si coacem timp de 40 min la foc mic. Pentru mai multa siguranta, faceti testul cu scobitoarea. Se scoate se rastoarna si se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Chec-ul e bun ori de care ar fi, dar aceasta reteta parca e mai diferita, si chiar merge foarte bine cu o cana de lapte rece si proaspat.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru umplutura e nevoie de</strong>:  zeama de la doua lamai, 2 sau3 lingurite de coaja rasa, 200 gr capsuni pisate, patru oua, 230 gr  zahar, 30 gr  faina alba,  jumatate de plic praf de copt si un praf de sare.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p><strong>Pentru blat</strong>:  Se freaca untul cu zaharul pana devine pufos.  Se adauga faina si sarea, se framanta cu mixerul pana incepe sa se faramiteze apoi se formeaza un aluat cu mana. Se pregateste o tava de aproximativ 20&#215;30 cm, se unge cu unt si se intinde apoi aluatul in tava.  Se pune tava in cuptorul preincalzit vreme de aproximativ zece minute pana cand se desprind marginile.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru umplutura</strong>:  Se piseaza capsunele.  Se adauga sucul celor doua lamai si coaja, apoi zaharul.  Se adauga ouale. Se adauga faina cu praful de copt si sarea. Se toarna umplutura peste blatul cald si se baga din nou la cuptor pentru aproximativ 25 de minute. Se lasa sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei, apoi se pastreaza in frigider. Se taie numai dupa ce s-a racit folosind un cutit cu o lama umezita.</p>

<p>Este o prajitura cu un aspect simplu dar totusi dragut.  Mie imi place, in special datorita capsunilor!</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul.  Se adauga laptele si se fierbe pe baie de aburi pana se ingroasa putin. Separat se dizolva gelatina in apa rece 10 minute apoi se incalzeste la microunde sau pe baie de aburi, atentie sa nu fiarba (sarumana Aduluta pentru ajutor). Se adauga in amestecul de oua dupa ce s-a mai racit un pic. Se lasa sa se raceasca. Se mixeaza 700 gr de capsuni. Se amesteca cu galbenusurile, apoi se adauga frisca si se amesteca incet. Se inmoaie piscoturile in zeama de lamaie indulcita si se asaza in forma rotunda. Se pune jumatate din compozitie peste piscoturi, apoi se adauga capsunile intregi. Se pune restul de crema si se baga la frigider cel putin 4 ore sau peste noapte, recomandat.<br />
Se decoreaza cu capsuni sau cu ce doriti.</p>

<p>Bavareza cu capsuni, deci spuma de oua cu zahar, gelatina, capsuni proaspete =P~  .  Dulce apetisant gustos.. etc. Gata nu mai rezist, e prea cald acum de gatit asa ca ies in oras la o prajitura cu capsuni <img src='http://barbablu.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><span class="author">Incingeti cuptorul la 180 grade. Cerneti faina si praful de copt intr-o strecuratoare. Amestecati-o cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamaie. </span><span class="author">Adaugati incet ouale, uleiul si apa minerala si framantati totul intr-un aluat omogen. </span><span class="author">Intindeti-l apoi pe o tava tapetata in prealabil cu hartie de copt. </span><span class="author">Coaceti 20 de minute, apoi lasati sa se raceasca.<br />
Inmuiati gelatina in apa rece. Apoi dizolvati-o la microunde sau cum scrie pe pachet. Amestecati iaurtul cu 100g zahar. </span><span class="author">Incorporati gelatina peste iaurt. Bateti frisca si adaugati-o peste compozitia facuta mai sus. </span><span class="author">Adaugati usor zeama de la o lamaie avand grija sa amestecati intr-un singur sens pentru a nu se taia compozitia. Intindeti crema pe blat si bagati la rece, circa 2 ore. </span><span class="author">Spalati zmeura si lasati-o sa se scurga. Pregatiti glazura amestecand pliculetele de tort gelee cu 3 linguri de zahar pudra si sucul de mere, apoi dati la fiert pentru un minut. Puneti zmeura deasupra cremei si stropiti cu glazura. Apoi bagati la rece!</span></p>

<ul>
<li>200 g faina</li>
<li>200 g zahar</li>
<li>125 g unt sau margarina</li>
<li>125 ml lapte (1/2 cana)</li>
<li>100 g ciocolata amaruie</li>
<li>3 galbenusuri</li>
<li>2 plicuri zahar vanilat</li>
<li>1 varf de cutit sare</li>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Ciocolata se da la frigider 10 minute, apoi se sfarama cu telul sau sucitorul.<br />
Se toarna zaharul peste jumatate dintr-un pachet de unt si se freaca spuma, cu mixerul. Se adauga pe rand: galbenusurile, laptele, faina, zaharul vanilat si un varf de cutit sare fina.<br />
Se unge tava de chec cu unt sau margarina sau se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt. Se toarna jumatate &#8211; 3/4 din compozitia de chec, se presara ciocolata. Se toarna si restul de compozitie.<br />
Se baga tavile in cuptorul incalzit. Se lasa la foc potrivit (200 grade C ) pana cand se coace deasupra. Se incearca infigand o scobitoare &#8211; checul e facut daca scobitoarea iese uscata.<br />
Se lasa checul sa se raceasca un pic in tava, apoi se scoate pe un fund de lemn.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Mie sincer imi place, fiindca in primul rand imi place ciocolata, si in al doilea rand imi plac prajiturile, deci ce poate fii foarte bun decat o combinatie intre aceste doua. Gustul puternic este dat de catre ciocolata, iar rezultatul final fiind o prajitura buna buna buna, cel mai mult imi place impreuna cu o cana de lapte rece si proaspat. <img src='http://barbablu.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
