<li>un ardei rosu sau galben, fara seminte si taiat fin</li>
<li>4 fire de ceapa verde</li>
<li>doua maini de fasole verde, taiata in lungime</li>
<li>o lingura zahar</li>
<li>o legatura coriandru proaspat</li>
<li>doua linguri otet de vin alb</li>
<li>doua linguri faina</li>
<li>sare de mare</li>
<li>piper proaspat macinat</li>
<li>ulei de masline</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierbe orezul conform instructiunilor de pe pachet, se scurge si se pastreaza la cald. Se trec bucatile de carne de porc prin faina asezonata cu sare si piper. Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie  si se prajesc timp de 5 minute, pana se rumenesc pe toate partile.  Se adauga usturoiul, chilli (sau ardei iute rosu), ghimbir,  si toate legumele. Prajiti rapid timp de un minut sau doua.<br />
Se adauga zaharul si otetul si se lasa sa scada pentru a se obtine un sos gros si lipicios &#8211; nu ar trebui sa dureze mai mult de vreo doua, trei minute.  Se serveste in boluri calde, in care ati pus mai intai orezul basmati.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Carnea de porc pe langa cea de pui este printre preferatele mele, as putea spune chiar sus in top, iar de aceea acest fel de mancare se poate incadra si el intre mancarurile agreate. Orezul nu ma prea incanta, dar se poate inlocui cu altceva , dupa preferinte.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se taie carnea bucati mai marisoare care se bat cu ciocanul de snitele. Se condimenteaza si se prajesc in cateva linguri de ulei , cu capac la foc mic. Se mai adauga putina apa si se lasa sa se prajeasca/fiarba innabusit. Cand sunt gata se adauga ardeiul taiat rondele si ciupercile taiate in doua. Se lasa pe foc pana se fac si ciupercile ( atentie foc mic !). Se serveste cu cartofi natur.</p>

<p>Carnea de porc este una din preferatele mele, in special ceafa de porc, dar mai toata carnea de porc devine suculenta si super gustoasa daca este gatita cum trebuie&#8230;. va las sa savurati ca mie imi ploua in gura deja&#8230; hehe.</p>

<li>1.5kg burta de vita</li>
<li>1 kg oase cu maduva de porc</li>
<li>o telina mare</li>
<li>2 ardei grasi</li>
<li>2 morcovi</li>
<li>un pastarnac</li>
<li>un patrunjel</li>
<li>doua cepe</li>
<li>10 catei usturoi (pentru pus la fiert)</li>
<li>50 ml otet pentru la fiert</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>otet</li>
<li>usturoi pisat</li>
</ul>
<p>pentru dres ciorba se mai adauga 3 galbenusuri si 300 g de smantana.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Burta spalata bine se pune la fiert impreuna cu oasele si se da in cateva clocote spumuind zeama cu atentie. Dupa ce nu mai face deloc spuma deasupra adaugam toate legumele inclusiv sarea si otetul si se fierbe la foc mai mic (sa nu se tulbure zeama).</p>
<p>Cand burta este fiarta (adica intra furculita in ea) o scoatem din oala impreuna cu oasele, strecuram zeama iar peste ea punem burta pe care am taiat-o fideluta. Asezam din nou oala pe foc si cand da in clocot o dregem cu galbenusurile amestecate cu smantana si zeama de la ciorba. Se mai tine pe foc pana ce da din nou in clocot.</p>
<p>Se serveste la masa alaturi de mujdei de usturoi, ardei iute, otet, smantana si plus extra condimente dupa gustul fiecaruia.</p>
<p>Recomandari:  Burta daca are un miros pronuntat de vita se pune cateva ore in apa amestecata cu otet pentru ai scoate mirosul. Eu recomand oase cu maduva de porc fiindca cele de vita ii dau ciorbei un miros pronuntat de vita.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Ciorba de burta este o mancare traditionala romaneasca si placuta aproape de toata lumea. Mie personal imi place sa pun de toate in ea la masa, si smantana, si mujdei si otet si piper, si sa am si un ardei iute langa asa ca sa fie meniul complet.</p>
<p>Ca si completare la tot ceea ce este mai sus am sa adaug cea mai superba descriere ce am citit-o vreodata despre ciorba de burta, si trebuie sa recunosc ca nu imi apartine dar e prea perfecta sa nu v-o arat si voua:</p>
<p><span><span lang="RO">&#8220;&#8221;<em>Chiar daca este unul dintre cele mai cunoscute si apreciate feluri de mancare ale romanilor, ciorba de burta nu este doar o reteta de mancare. Chiar daca este binevenita oriunde si oricand, ciorba de burta este ca mana cereasca dupa o noapte de chef cand dimineata parca s-au stramtat si gandurile pierdute in aburii alcolului, iar gatul ca un vames fara mila nu mai lasa sa treaca nimica. Atunci si numai atunci ciorba de burta pe care o privesti cu ochii carpiti de somn, sau de nesomn, dreasa cu smantana si acrita bine cu otet, iutita cu un ardei care parca te trage de degete, devine cel mai de pret lucru din lume, o mancare imparateasca cu un nume atat de banal</em>.&#8221;"</span></span></p>
