<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul.  Se adauga laptele si se fierbe pe baie de aburi pana se ingroasa putin. Separat se dizolva gelatina in apa rece 10 minute apoi se incalzeste la microunde sau pe baie de aburi, atentie sa nu fiarba (sarumana Aduluta pentru ajutor). Se adauga in amestecul de oua dupa ce s-a mai racit un pic. Se lasa sa se raceasca. Se mixeaza 700 gr de capsuni. Se amesteca cu galbenusurile, apoi se adauga frisca si se amesteca incet. Se inmoaie piscoturile in zeama de lamaie indulcita si se asaza in forma rotunda. Se pune jumatate din compozitie peste piscoturi, apoi se adauga capsunile intregi. Se pune restul de crema si se baga la frigider cel putin 4 ore sau peste noapte, recomandat.<br />
Se decoreaza cu capsuni sau cu ce doriti.</p>

<p>Bavareza cu capsuni, deci spuma de oua cu zahar, gelatina, capsuni proaspete =P~  .  Dulce apetisant gustos.. etc. Gata nu mai rezist, e prea cald acum de gatit asa ca ies in oras la o prajitura cu capsuni <img src='http://barbablu.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
