<li> 500 gr de supa de legume</li>

<li> patrunjel</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Incingeti cuptorul la 190 de grade. Spalati orezul de mai multe ori si uscati bine. Incingeti uleiul intr-o tigaie, adaugati ceapa si lasati pana se inmoaie, cca 5  minute. Adaugati rozmarinul, ciupercile si amestecati 1 minut.  Adaugati orezul, ardeii, rosiile si supa, apoi asezonati. Aduceti la fierbere, apoi transferati totul intr-o tava cu capac si coaceti 30 de minute. Adaugati patrunjelul tocat.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se separa ouale. Galbenusurile se bat foarte bine cu zaharul. Se pun  apoi mascarpone si esenta de vanilie si se amesteca bine. Se bat  albusurile foarte bine si se incorporeaza in mascarpone. In cafeaua  racita se pune Marsala si se trec piscoturile cu partea fara  zahar in  sus.  Se aseaza unul langa altul pe o farfurie sau o tava si se  toarna  jumatate din crema. Se asaza un alt strat de piscoturi si se  toarna  restul cremei.  Se da la frigider cel putin 6 ore (24 de ore ar fi   ideal). Inainte de servire se pun in cupe si se presara cu cacao si   ciocolata neagra rasa.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se inchinge uleiul si se adauga untul apoi ciupercile.  Se lasa 4 minute  pana se inmoaie, apoi se adauga usturoiul si smantana. Se lasa pana se  inmoaie si se invelesc in sosul de smantana dar sa nu fiarba.  Se  amesteca patrunjelul.  Se poate servi cu paine prajita si prosciutto.</p>

<p>Ulei de masline, ciuperci, usturoi si smantana&#8230;. rezulta o salata superba, cu un gust deosebit si perfecta pentru sezonul cald!</p>

<p>Se amesteca maioneza cu smantana, condimentele,verdeata tocata, oule cubulete mici si castraveciorii rasi pe partea mica de la razatoare.</p>

<p>Ce pot sa spun prea multe lucruri la un sos decat ca sosul se serveste cu peste, cartofi fierti si felii de lamaie trecute prin ulei incins.. etc. sau cu ce credeti ca se potriveste. Eu personal nu sunt un mare fan sos remoulade, da nici nu imi displace&#8230; pe o scara de la 1 la 10 as zice ca i se potriveste un 7. Dar sa nu uitam ca aceasta este parerea mea personala, voi poate va indragostiti de acest sos.. asa ca, incercati-l !</p>

<p>-  de precizat ca aceste cantitati sunt pentru o masa de 10 persoane, deci atunci cand avem si musafiri. Puteti regla cantitatile in functie de numarul de persoane pe care le aveti invitate la masa, sau daca gatiti doar pentru familie.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se da intr-un clocot puiul taiat in bucati.  Se schimba apa apoi se pune intr-o oala cu 5 l apa, impreuna cu legumele taiate cubulete si se spumeaza din cand in cand. Cand incep sa fiarba, se adauga orezul. Cand au fiert toate, se adauga fideaua si se lasa circa 8 minute. Se pun rosiile tocate si se mai lasa 5 minute. Se adauga sare, piper si delikat dupa gust si putin ulei. Se toarna borsul dupa gust si se ia de pe foc. Cand ciorba s-a racit, adaugati patrunjelul si leusteanul tocat.  Se mai lasa putin acoperit sa isi faca odihna obligatorie, si se serveste cu pofta si voie buna.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Ciorba de pui prezentata mai sus, este o ciorba foarte consistenta cu un gust placut si puternic. Patrunjelul si leusteanul ce se adauga la sfarsit mie personal imi place dar multa lume nu agreaza &#8220;frunzele in supa&#8221; cum spun ei asa ca de preferabil ca sa multumim pe fiecare recomand un adaos moderat de &#8220;verdeturi&#8221;. In caz ca aveti un restaurant si nu aveti aceasta ciorba in meniu v-o recomand din suflet.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Intr-un vas cu apa punem costitele la fiert, dupa cateva clocote avem grija sa adunam spuma. Cand supa devine limpede punem legumele pregatite din timp, spalate si tocate. Punem inclusiv coditele de la patrunjel. Adaugam sare si piper. Lasam sa fiarba si cand legumele sunt gata adaugam rosiile tocate, cele trei linguri de bulion si fideaua. Dam intr-un clocot borsul si il adaugam la ciorba. Adaugam sare si piper daca mai este cazul.<br />
Servim cu patrunjel tocat marunt. Pofta buna!</p>

<p>Costita afumata, telina, patrunjel, morcovi&#8230;. mmm cum sa nu fie bun ?! Daca nu ai mancat pana acum corba cu costita afumata, citeste bine ingredientele si modul de preparare si incearca sa iti imaginezi&#8230;. si sunt aproape sigur ca o sa vrei sa gusti intradevar in cel mult cateva zile&#8230; mie deja imi lasa gura apa!</p>
