<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca cu mixerul spuma, o cana de zahar cu galbenusurile pana devina ca o crema, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul.</p>
<p>Se adauga pe rand zaharul vanilat, esentele, lingurile de apa rece, lingurile de ulei si se amesteca bine.<br />
Se pune praful de copt stins cu lamaie, cele doua cani cu faina si se  amesteca, se adauga nucile, alunele si lingurile de smantana.</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma tare impreuna cu restul de zahar, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul, pana sta batos.<br />
Dupa aceea se incorporeaza foarte usor in compozitia cu galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Se toarna totul in doua tavi de chec unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina sau acoperite cu foaie de copt.<br />
Se opreste putin din compozitia rezultata si se amesteca cu cele doua  linguri de cacao. Se toarna pe deasupra in strat subtire si se niveleaza  cu furculita.<br />
Se pot pune si fulgi de ciocolata.<br />
Tavile se dau la cuptor la foc potrivit, cu cuptorul incins in prealabil  la 180 de grade. Se tin 30-40 de minute, se verifica cu o scobitoare daca s-au  facut.<br />
Dupa ce s-au copt si s-au scos din tavi si s-au racit putin se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>

<li>doua bucati piept de pui (a 150 g)</li>

<li>100 gr sunca</li>

<li>100 ml smantana</li>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Fierbeti pieptul de pui in apa cu sare 20-25 de minute, apoi taiati-l bucati si prajiti-l putin in ulei. Taiati ouale in patru. Pregatiti salata, taiati-o bucati si taiati rosiile cubulete.<strong> </strong>Radeti morcovii, taiati taiati-l felii rotunde, iar sunca bucati. Prajiti dovleceii in putin ulei apoi scoateti pe o servet de bucatarie. <strong> </strong>Amestecati cu mixerul iaurtul, usturoiul, branza, smantana si sucul de lamaie, apoi condimentati acest amestec. Asezati totul intr-un castron in straturi (salata, pui, rosii, oua, salata, morcovi, dovlecei, dressing, sunca) si turnati dressingul. Prajiti sunca pana devine crocanta si presarati-o peste salata. Eventual ornati cu nuci.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Deci nu arata bine,&#8230; arata extraordinar de bine si parerea mea ca este foarte portivita pentru petreceri, sau masa de duminica in famile, sau chiar picnic! Trebuie facuta cu o zi inainte de a fi consumata ca sa patrunda bine aromele!</p>

<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem laptele la fiert impreuna cu zaharul vaniliat.  Separat intr-un bol batem albusurile spuma tare.  Adaugam doua linuguri de zahar si batem bine pana acesta se topeste.  Rezulta o spuma tare .  Cand laptele incepe se fiarba luam cu lingura putin din spuma si punem in oala cu lapte sa fiarba.  Aveti grija caci acestea se umfla in timp ce fierb. Dupa un minut le intoarceti cu grija pe partea cealalta, le mai lasati un minut si le scoateti intr-o strecurtatoare. Puteti sa le puneti direct in boluri dar trebuie sa aveti in vedere ca vor lasa lapte pe masura ce se racesc.</p>
<p>Intr-o alta oala amestecati galbenusurile cu restul de zahar si amidonul, apoi adaugati laptele treptat si puneti oala pe foc amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa . Repartizam galustele de spuma in boluri  si apoi turnam sos peste ele avand grija sa le acoperim complet. Lasam un pic de sos in care punem o lingura de cacao, amestecam si &#8220;stropim&#8221; deasupra.</p>
<p>Se serveste rece, de obicei.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Laptele de pasare, este un produs 100% romanesc, deci este o reteta traditionala romaneasca. O stim majoritatea dintre noi chiar de mici, si evident ne place intr-o oarecare masura la fiecare.</p>
