<h3>Pentru 8 portii</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 kg de varza dulce</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 600 gr de afumatura (costita, carnati de casa, kaizer)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> patru linguri de ulei/untura</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> doua cepe</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> doua linguri de bulion</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> un sfert de cana cu orez</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> patru linguri de smantana</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Varza se taie fideluta, se pune sare si se lasa o jumatate de ora. Se  stoarce de zeama si se pune intr-o oala cu uleiul, la calit pana se  inmoaie. Se adauga bulionul si se stinge cu o cana de apa calduta apoi  se asezoneaza.<br />
Se taie carnea si impreuna cu ceapa calita se dau prin masina de tocat sau la robot.<br />
Orezul se opareste, se scurge bine de zeama si se condimenteaza.<br />
Intr-o cratita se pune un strat de varza, toata carnea, tot orezul, doua  linguri de smantana, apoi iar un strat de varza si doua linguri de  smantana. Se da la cuptor pentru jumatate de ora. Se serveste cu  smantana.</p>

<p>Inainte de a se consuma se poate adauga smantana peste, dupa preferinte.</p>

<li>100g orez basmati</li>
<li>400g file de porc, taiat in bucati</li>
<li>doi catei de usturoi, feliati subtire</li>
<li>un ardei chilli proaspat, feliat</li>
<li>o bucata radacina ghimbir mica, curatata si maruntita</li>
<li>un ardei rosu sau galben, fara seminte si taiat fin</li>
<li>4 fire de ceapa verde</li>
<li>doua maini de fasole verde, taiata in lungime</li>
<li>o lingura zahar</li>
<li>o legatura coriandru proaspat</li>
<li>doua linguri otet de vin alb</li>
<li>doua linguri faina</li>
<li>sare de mare</li>
<li>piper proaspat macinat</li>
<li>ulei de masline</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierbe orezul conform instructiunilor de pe pachet, se scurge si se pastreaza la cald. Se trec bucatile de carne de porc prin faina asezonata cu sare si piper. Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie  si se prajesc timp de 5 minute, pana se rumenesc pe toate partile.  Se adauga usturoiul, chilli (sau ardei iute rosu), ghimbir,  si toate legumele. Prajiti rapid timp de un minut sau doua.<br />
Se adauga zaharul si otetul si se lasa sa scada pentru a se obtine un sos gros si lipicios &#8211; nu ar trebui sa dureze mai mult de vreo doua, trei minute.  Se serveste in boluri calde, in care ati pus mai intai orezul basmati.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Carnea de porc pe langa cea de pui este printre preferatele mele, as putea spune chiar sus in top, iar de aceea acest fel de mancare se poate incadra si el intre mancarurile agreate. Orezul nu ma prea incanta, dar se poate inlocui cu altceva , dupa preferinte.</p>
