<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem laptele la fiert impreuna cu zaharul vaniliat.  Separat intr-un bol batem albusurile spuma tare.  Adaugam doua linuguri de zahar si batem bine pana acesta se topeste.  Rezulta o spuma tare .  Cand laptele incepe se fiarba luam cu lingura putin din spuma si punem in oala cu lapte sa fiarba.  Aveti grija caci acestea se umfla in timp ce fierb. Dupa un minut le intoarceti cu grija pe partea cealalta, le mai lasati un minut si le scoateti intr-o strecurtatoare. Puteti sa le puneti direct in boluri dar trebuie sa aveti in vedere ca vor lasa lapte pe masura ce se racesc.</p>
<p>Intr-o alta oala amestecati galbenusurile cu restul de zahar si amidonul, apoi adaugati laptele treptat si puneti oala pe foc amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa . Repartizam galustele de spuma in boluri  si apoi turnam sos peste ele avand grija sa le acoperim complet. Lasam un pic de sos in care punem o lingura de cacao, amestecam si &#8220;stropim&#8221; deasupra.</p>
<p>Se serveste rece, de obicei.</p>

<p>Laptele de pasare, este un produs 100% romanesc, deci este o reteta traditionala romaneasca. O stim majoritatea dintre noi chiar de mici, si evident ne place intr-o oarecare masura la fiecare.</p>

<li>o banana taiata in diagonala</li>

<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:   &#8211; preincalzesti cuptorul la 160 de grade</h2>
<p><strong>Pentru trabucurile de banane: </strong>Faci piure bananele si le amesteci cu zahar. Cu ajutorul unui sablon, intinzi pe o hartie de copt, sa obtii niste discuri subtiri. Le dai cinci minute la cuptor sa fie maro-aurii, cand sunt gata le rulezi sa obtii un trabuc.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru crema: </strong>Amesteci laptele si smantana intr-o oala si aduci la punctul de fierbere(nu lasi sa fiarba). Separat combini ouale,zaharul,vanilia. Torni cate putin din amestecul de lapte peste galbenusuri sile temperezi. Cand termini pui totul intr-o tava rotunda si dai la cuptor 15 min. Cand crema e gata iei o cantitate mica o pui in cornet si umplii trabucurile.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru salata de fructe: </strong>Intr-un bol mic combini fructele cu jumatate din rom. Intr-o tigaie mica amesteci untul si zaharul si sotezi bananele pana sunt aurii, adaugi restul de rom. Combini bananele cu restul de fructe.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff6666;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span><span> </span></span></span></span>Se zdrobesc bananele , apoi se adauga zaharul , ouale, uleiul si se amesteca bine pana amestecul creste.  Adaugam , coaja rasa de lamaie,  scortisoara,  faina amestecata cu bicarbonatul si praful de copt.  La sfarsit adaugam fructele confiate si stafidele.</p>
<p>Turnam compozitia intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu faina si coacem timp de 40 min la foc mic. Pentru mai multa siguranta, faceti testul cu scobitoarea. Se scoate se rastoarna si se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Chec-ul e bun ori de care ar fi, dar aceasta reteta parca e mai diferita, si chiar merge foarte bine cu o cana de lapte rece si proaspat.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Turnam laptele si cafeaua intr-o craticioara. Aducem la punctul de fierbere si adaugam gelatina. Amestecam foarte bine si strecuram lichidul. Cand lichidul s-a racit aproape complet, adaugam frisca si zaharul pudra. Prajim alunele tocate intr-o tigaie de Teflon cu doua linguri de zahar pudra. Asezam piscoturile pe peretii unui castron de sticla. Presaram o parte din alunele tocate. Turnam budinca si punem la frigider pana cand se intareste. Asezam budinca pe un platou si presaram restul de alune prajite.  Ajunge la aproximativ opt persoane si se serveste rece!</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Muuulta frisca, piscoturi, lapte si alune,&#8230; totul impreuna cu zaharul pudra creaza desertul de zile mari pentru zile mici, deoarece , nu se prepara greu, dar arata ca si un produs complicat, pretentios si de zile mari.  Potrivit pentru orice ocazie si cu un aspect deosebit&#8230;tocmai a intrat printre deserturile mele favorite.</p>

<h2 title="Ingrediente folosite la prepararea retetei de ">Ingrediente:</h2>

- 1/4 l lapte<br />
- 25 g zahar<br />
- esenta de vanilie t<br />
- 10 &#8211; 15g de gelatina<br />
- 500g capsuni<br />
- 2 albusuri</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierbe laptele cu zaharul si se racoreste, apoi se pune vanilia. Intre timp se dizolva gelatina cu putin lapte rece sau apa. Se amesteca cu laptele racorit. Se pune la foc, pe baia de apa, si se bate neintrerupt, pana ce compozitia este groasa ca o crema. Se ia de pe foc si se bate mai departe pana ce se raceste.<br />
Capsunile, presarate in prealabil cu zahar, se trec prin sita, apoi se amesteca cu albusurile batute spuma cu zahar, sau cu o ceasca de frisca. Deasupra acestei compozitii se toarna si se amesteca, crema racita.<br />

<p>Nu cred ca este cineva la care sa nu ii placa aceasta crema de capsuni, deoarece, este extraordinar de buna avand in vedere ca are in componenta capsuni, zahar, lapte, si spuma fina din albususri de ou &#8230;.mmm.. delicios.</p>

<p>Blatul il faramitam, il amestecam cu untul, nuca, biscuitii si esenta de rom, framantam foarte bine. Compozitia trebuie sa fie destul de consistenta, sa poata fi modelata. Formam aricieii, ii dam prin ciocolata si prin fulgisori, adaugam si doi ochi (margelute comestibile) si ii lasam la frigider sa sa intareasca.</p>

<p>Pe langa faptul ca sunt super buni, mai sunt si super simpatici, si cu siguranta cei pe care o sa ii servici cu acesti aricei de ciocolata, o sa ii impresionati puternic!</p>
