<h2 title="Ingrediente folosite la prepararea retetei de ">Ingrediente:</h2>

<li>un kg de frisca</li>
<li>zece linguri gelatina</li>
<li>300ml cafea fara zahar</li>
<li>200ml lapte proaspat</li>
<li>100 si ceva de grame zahar pudra</li>
<li>o punga de piscoturi</li>
<li>150 de grame de alune crude</li>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Turnam laptele si cafeaua intr-o craticioara. Aducem la punctul de fierbere si adaugam gelatina. Amestecam foarte bine si strecuram lichidul. Cand lichidul s-a racit aproape complet, adaugam frisca si zaharul pudra. Prajim alunele tocate intr-o tigaie de Teflon cu doua linguri de zahar pudra. Asezam piscoturile pe peretii unui castron de sticla. Presaram o parte din alunele tocate. Turnam budinca si punem la frigider pana cand se intareste. Asezam budinca pe un platou si presaram restul de alune prajite.  Ajunge la aproximativ opt persoane si se serveste rece!</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Muuulta frisca, piscoturi, lapte si alune,&#8230; totul impreuna cu zaharul pudra creaza desertul de zile mari pentru zile mici, deoarece , nu se prepara greu, dar arata ca si un produs complicat, pretentios si de zile mari.  Potrivit pentru orice ocazie si cu un aspect deosebit&#8230;tocmai a intrat printre deserturile mele favorite.</p>
