<li> 3-4  linguri de smantana</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca cu mixerul spuma, o cana de zahar cu galbenusurile pana devina ca o crema, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul.</p>
<p>Se adauga pe rand zaharul vanilat, esentele, lingurile de apa rece, lingurile de ulei si se amesteca bine.<br />
Se pune praful de copt stins cu lamaie, cele doua cani cu faina si se  amesteca, se adauga nucile, alunele si lingurile de smantana.</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma tare impreuna cu restul de zahar, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul, pana sta batos.<br />
Dupa aceea se incorporeaza foarte usor in compozitia cu galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Se toarna totul in doua tavi de chec unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina sau acoperite cu foaie de copt.<br />
Se opreste putin din compozitia rezultata si se amesteca cu cele doua  linguri de cacao. Se toarna pe deasupra in strat subtire si se niveleaza  cu furculita.<br />
Se pot pune si fulgi de ciocolata.<br />
Tavile se dau la cuptor la foc potrivit, cu cuptorul incins in prealabil  la 180 de grade. Se tin 30-40 de minute, se verifica cu o scobitoare daca s-au  facut.<br />
Dupa ce s-au copt si s-au scos din tavi si s-au racit putin se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Este extrem de pufos si delicios!<br />
Puteti pune si fulgi de cocos si fulgi de ciocolata:)</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se incinge cuptorul la 170 de grade. Frecam bine untul cu tot zaharul pana acesta se topeste si nu se simte zgrunturos.<br />
Adaugam oul, apoi vanilia si praful de copt si amestecam iar foarte bine pana devine cremos.<br />
Punem faina si omogenizam bine, apoi incorporam ciocolata maruntita cu cutitul, dar sa fie si bucati mai mari.</p>
<p>Pe o tava punem hartie de copt. Cu o lingurita, la distanta unele de  altele, punem movilite in tava. Nu trebuie sa fie perfecte ca forma, se  vor intinde in tava.</p>
<p>Se coc pentru 15 minute. Fursecuri vor fi un pic moi in centru si rumene  doar pe margine. Chiar daca sunteti tentati sa-i lasati mai mult la  cuptor, fiindca vi se par prea moi, nu faceti asta. Se scot fursecurile  pe o farfurie lata, intr-un singur strat si se lasa la racit, ele se vor  intari.</p>

<p>Numai bune de servit cu cafea, ceai sau lapte.</p>

<li> 50 gr de ciocolata cu lapte taiata bucatele</li>

<li> 50 gr de fulgi de migdale prajite</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Mixati oul impreuna cu esenta de vanilie si zaharul pana devine vascos.<br />
Amestecati faina, praful de copt si scortisoara intr-un bol separat,  apoi adaugati in compozitia de ou cu grija. Adaugati ciocolata,  migdalele si nucile.<br />
Pe o suprafata intindeti putina faina, apoi formati din compozitie un  sul, 23cm lungime si 1,5cm latime. Puneti pe o hartie de copt intr-o  tava si coaceti la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade, pentru 20-25 de  minute pana devine auriu. Scoateti din cuptor si lasati 5 minute sa se  raceasca.<br />
Taiati felii de 1cm grosime, pe diagonala si aranjati inapoi pe o hartie  de copt. Dati la cuptor pentru 10 minute, intorcand de pe o parte pe  alta la jumatatea timpului.<br />
Lasati 5 minute sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Au o consistenta tare, numai bune la o ceasca de cafea.</p>

<li> 175 gr de faina</li>

<li> o jumatate de lingurita praf de copt</li>

<li> un sfert de lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</li>

<li> 55 gr de chocolate chips cu lapte</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 55 gr de nuci maruntite prajite</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Mixati untul cu zaharul brun si cel alb pana se topeste zaharul. In alt bol mixati esenta de vanilie, cafeaua si oul.<br />
Adaugati mixtura de cafea in cea de zahar si amestecat pana define  pufos. Adaugati faina, bicarbonatul si praful de copt. Adaugati  ciocolata si nucile. Pe o hartie de copt puneti cu lingurita compozitie lasand spatiu intre  ele pentru a se intinde. Coceti la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade,  pentru 10-15 minute pana devine crocant pe margini dar mijlocul este  moale. Lasati la racit pe hartie 2 minute, apoi puneti-le pe un fund de lemn sa se raceasca complet.</p>

<p>Sunt foarte buni de consumat la micul dejun cu o cana cu lapte.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se prepara o maia din drojdia dizolvata intr-o lingura de lapte cald, o  lingurita de zahar si o lingura de faina. Se acopera vasul si se lasa la  caldura, sa-si dubleze volumul.  Galbenusul se freaca cu o lingurita de sare, adaugand doua linguri de  zahar pudra, zaharul vanilat, coaja de lamaie, esenta de rom si untul  moale. Peste acest amestec se toarna maiaua, dupa ce a crescut, adaugand  apoi restul de faina si de lapte.  Se framanta bine coca pana se desprinde cu usurinta de pe maini, se mai  adauga faina daca este necesar.  Se acopera vasul si se lasa la cald.  Dupa ce si-a dublat volumul, se intinde intr-o foaie de un centimetru  grosime pe o planseta presarata cu putina faina. Cu gura unui pahar mai  mare, tapetata cu faina se taie cercuri de aluat, care se lasa sa  creasca. Dupa aceea, se rumenesc in ulei incins, se scot si se scurg de  ulei. Se servesc pudrate cu zahar.</p>

<h3><strong>Crema:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>50 gr unt moale</li>
<li>1 lingurita cafea instant dizolvata intr-o lingurita de apa fiarta</li>
<li>100 gr zahar pudra</li>
<li>50 gr de ciocolata neagra</li>
<li>50 gr de nuci mixte, alune de padure, migdale</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mixati untul cu zaharul pana devine cremos.  Adaugati usor ouale, pe rand  si esenta de vanilie, adaugand cate o lingura de faina dupa fiecare ou  pentru a preveni compozitia sa se branzeasca.  Adaugati faina ramasa si praful de copt si amestecati bine apoi turnati  cafeaua. Ungeti o tava de dimensiunile 15&#215;15, cu unt si faina si puneti  jumatate din compozitie. Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade  pentru 20 de minute, scoateti si lasati 5 minute apoi scoateti blatul si  puneti-l pe un placaj de lemn sa se raceasca. Coaceti si urmatorul  blat.  Intre timp, pregatiti crema astfel: bateti zaharul cu untul, cafeaua si  ciocolata topita in prealabil la bain marin. Adaugati cafeaua si nucile  maruntite. Dupa ce blaturile sunt reci, ungeti unul dintre blaturi, apoi  asezati-l cu grija pe celalalt deasupra. Taiati in cuburi si presarati  zahar pudra.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Se  mixeaza la maxim zaharul cu coaja de portocala si ouale intr-un vas, pana se tripleaza volumul.  Se adauga faina amestecata cu amidonul si praful de copt, se incorporeaza usor in ouale mixate. </span></strong><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Se unge o tava cu unt si se pudreaza cu faina, apoi se toarna aluatul cu grija. </span></strong>Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade pentru 20-25 minute.  Se scoate blatul si se pune la racit. Se pune  si se amesteca:  mascarpone, laptele de cocos si zaharul pana acesta din urma se topeste.   Se adauga fructele de padure.   Se taie blatul in doua si se umple cu crema.  Se apasa cu palmele usor peste cel de-al doilea blat, apoi se orneaza dupa preferinte.</p>

<p>Combinatia dintre blatul de tort, fructe de padure si frisca proaspata o gasesc irezistibila si potrivita pentru orice aniversare. Buchetul de culori si aroma fructelor de padure, fac din acest tort unul dintre cele mai bune torturi pe care le-am gustat vreodata.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Frecati zaharul cu untul si coaja de la lamaie pana obtineti o crema.  Adaugati ouale, unul cate unul, apoi sarea, faina si laptele. Adaugati drojdia. Puneti aluatul intr-o tava rotunda cu diametrul de aproximativ 25 cm, unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina si lasati astfel pana sunt gata fructele. Curatati merele de coaja, taiati-le in doua, scoateti-le mijlocul tare si samburii, iar apoi crestati suprafata bombata a fiecarui mar, astfel incat sa aiba aspect de gratar. Stropiti-le cu zeama de lamaie.  Asezati merele deasupra aluatului din tava, cu partea bombata in sus.  Coaceti totul circa 45 de minute, la o temperatura de 180 grade (treapta 5). Cand prajitura este gata, ungeti-o cu dulceata de caise incalzita.</p>

<p>Prajitura taraneasca cu mere prezentata mai sus, este absolut delicioasa, si cu un aspect deosebit. Are gustul tipic de prajitura cu mere, iar prezentarea este cu totul diferita. Am ramas cu o foarte buna impresie!</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca cu mixerul spuma o cana de zahar cu galbenusurile pana devine ca o crema, aproximativ zece minute.  Se adauga pe rand zaharul vanilat, esentele, lingurile de apa rece, lingurile de ulei si se amesteca bine.  Se pune praful de copt stins cu lamaie, cele doua cani cu faina si se amesteca. Se adauga nucile, alunele si lingurile de smantana. Albusurile se bat spuma tare impreuna cu restul de zahar, cam 15 minute. Dupa aceea se incorporeaza foarte usor in compozitia cu galbenusuri.  Se toarna totul in doua tavi de chec unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina sau acoperite cu foaie de copt. Se opreste putin din compozitia rezultata si se amesteca cu cele doua linguri de cacao.  Se toarna pe deasupra in strat subtire si se niveleaza cu furculita. Se pot pune deasupra si cate trei bomboane de ciocolata.  Tavile se dau la cuptor la foc potrivit,  cuptorul fiind incins in prealabil.  Se tin 20 minute, se verifica cu o scobitoare daca s-au facut.<br />
Dupa ce s-au copt si s-au scos din tavi si s-au racit putin se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.  Totul iese pufos si delicios.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru blat:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Mousse de ciocolata:</strong></p>

<li>360 ml de lapte</li>
<li>100 gr ciocolata amaruie</li>
<li>15 gr gelatina</li>
<li>60 ml de apa</li>
<li>250 ml de frisca</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Mousse de capsuni:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>300 gr de capsuni</li>
<li>patru linguri de zahar</li>
<li>100 gr ciocolata alba</li>
<li>50 ml de frisca</li>
<li>15 gr gelatina</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Pentru sirop:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>150 gr de capsuni</li>
<li>doua linguri de zahar</li>
<li>150 ml de apa</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Pentru decor:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>250 ml de frisca</li>
<li>un plic de intaritor</li>
<li>fructe</li>
<li>un plic de gelatina pentru decor</li>
</ol>
<p>Mai este nevoie de 250 gr de capsuni pentru stratul din mijloc.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p><strong>Preparare blat:</strong> Se freaca galbenusurile cu zahar adaugand din cand in cand cate o lingura de apa pana se obtine o crema ca si o alifie.  Separat se amesteca faina cu praful de copt si se adauga putin cate putin in amestecul de galbenusuri.  Albusurile se bat spuma si se adauga la amestec. Se unge o forma de tort de 26 cm cu unt si se tapeteaza cu faina, se pune  compozitia in acea forma si se coace la foc potrivit timp de 40 min. Se scoate pe un gratar si se lasa sa se raceasca!</p>
<p><strong>Tortul in sine:</strong> Incepem cu siropul:  zdrobim capsunii impreuna cu zaharul, adaugam apa si le lasam sa fiarba vreo 5-6 minute. Lasam sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Facem mousse-ul de ciocolata. Batem cu un tel ouale cu zaharul si amidonul, apoi adaugam treptat laptele. Intr-un pahar punem gelatina , o acoperim cu apa rece si o lasam sa se umfle.  Punem craticioara cu amestecul de oua si lapte pe foc si amestecam continuu pana se ingroasa.  Oprim focul , adaugam gelatina , amestecam pana se dizolva si apoi adaugam ciocolata rupta bucatele. Lasam sa se raceasca.  Cand este aproape rece, o punem intr-un bol si adaugam cate o lingura de frisca batuta , mixand bine dupa fiecare lingura. Obtinem o crema spumoasa</p>
<p>Taiem blatul in doua insiropam bine prima jumatate apoi turnam mousseul de ciocolata.  Taiem capsunii felii mai groase, le punem peste stratul de mousse una langa alta. Bagam totul la frigider si ne apucam de al 2-lea mousse.</p>
<p>Merge foarte usor, zdrobim capsunii cu zahar , ii lasam sa stea cam cinsprezece minute  apoi ii mixam bine.  Separat dizolvam gelatina in putina apa rece.  Punem cratita cu piure-ul de capsuni la foc mic, lasam sa dea cateva clocote (vreo 4-5 minute) , stingem focul, adaugam gelatina, amestecam bine si apoi adaugam ciocolata alba rupta bucatele. Amestecam si lasam sa se raceasca.  Cand este aproape rece, mutam piure-ul intr-un bol si adaugam lingura cu lingura frisca batuta.  Mixam bine si gata si cu al doilea mousse. Puteti adauga la sfarsit cateva capsuni taiate bucatele.<br />
Scoatem tortul de la frigider, punem cu grija cel de-al 2-lea mousse apoi cealalta jumatate de blat si bagam din nou la rece cel putin 4 ore.</p>
