<p>Acum vreo 2 saptamani am fost invitati la unul din cei mai buni prieteni ai nostri acasa, la o seara speciala.  Nici nu puteam visa ce deliciu gastronomic ne va  astepta.</p>

<ul>
<li>Foi de Lasagna – preferabil Barilla</li>
<li>Sos Bolognese – marca Baneasa – 2 Borcane</li>
<li>Unt – un pachet</li>
<li>Lapte – 1 Litru</li>
<li>Faina – 3 linguri mari</li>
<li>Carne tocata de vita – 1 kg</li>
<li>Mozzarella – 300g</li>
<li>Condimente.</li>
<li></li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se prajeste carnea de vita, la foc mic, fara ulei, sau alte adaosuri. Trebuie amestecat des, pana cind devine grunjoasa, separata in bucatele mici, ca un pilaf. Se condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare, piper, oregano si alte ierburi aromate dupa gust.</p>
<p>Sosul béchamel se face astfel:  separat, intr-un vas se fierbe laptele si se topeste untul in lapte. Se trage vasul deoparte si se ingroasa cu faina, amestecand continu pentru a nu se face cocoloase.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cu ingredientele pregatite la indemana, se trece la asezarea pe straturi. Intr-o tava metalica, inalta, se tapeteaza peretii cu unt. Foile de lasagna pot fi inmuiate inainte sau nu, doar ca sint mai usor de “croit” in tava daca au fost trecute prin apa calda inainte.</p>
<p>Pe fundul tavii se va pune un strat de foi de lasagna, apoi uniform carnea, sosul béchamel si apoi sosul Bolognese. Fiecare componenta se intinde uniform pe stratul pe care se aseaza, cu lingura. Trebuie atentie ca sosul béchamel sa se amestece cu carnea, iar cel rosu Bolognese, sa fie separat, deasupra. Se repeta operatiunea de mai sus, din cantitatile retetei ar trebui sa va iasa 3 straturi intr-o tava de 40&#215;20 cm, inalta de 5-6 cm.</p>

<p>Deasupra se razaleste pe ochiurile mari ale razatoarei mozzarella. Ultimul strat trebuie sa fie sosul Bolognese peste care se razaleste mozzarella.</p>

<p>Se pune la cuptorul incalzit la 200 de grade timp de 35-40 de min.</p>

<p>Cind se scoate, se lasa sa se raceasca 10-15 min inainte de a fi taiata si servita, altfel straturile vor aluneca si se pot desface.</p>

<h2>Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Adevarul este ca acestei retete nu ii mai lipseste nimic, desigur sunteti liberi sa incercati si variatii ale acestei minunatii, dar va recomand macar o data in viata sa gustati originalul. N-o sa va para rau!</p>

<li>250 gr de paste</li>

<li>un pahar de vin alb sec</li>

<li>doua rosii</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se taie usturoiul si ardeiul iute rondele subtiri. Se taie rosiile cubulete, aveti grija insa ca rosiile sa fie mai zemoase.<br />
Se fierb pastele. Dupa fierbere se amesteca cu o lingura de ulei de masline si se tin la cald.<br />
Se oparesc un pic fructele de mare daca sunt congelate, la foc mic.</p>
<p>Separat se topeste untul si se stinge cu un pahar de vin alb sec. Se lasa vinul sa scada pana la jumatate din cantitatea initiala.<br />
Se incinge o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline, se pune usturoiul si ardeiul iute, urmate de fructele de mare bine scurse pana se calesc putin. Se adauga rosiile si busuiocul, se potrivesc cu sare si piper (atentie la piper deoarece ardeiul iute calit le face foarte iuti).</p>
<p>Se sting pe urma cu sosul de unt si vin. Se amesteca apoi cu pastele.</p>

<p>Eventual, puteti presara deasupra putin parmezan ras.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierb pastele conform instructiunilor de pe punga.<br />
Ceapa si  usturoiul se taie marunt si se calesc in doua linguri de ulei de masline.  Ciupercile se spala, se taie  fasii si se pun in tigaie peste ceapa si usturoi.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se caleasca bine pana scade apa lasata, se sareaza. Separat se amesteca amidonul cu  smantana  si laptele si se adauga la  ciuperci. Se mai lasa cateva minute la foc mic, amestecand mereu.</p>
<div>Pastele se scurg de apa si se servesc cu sosul de ciuperci. Deasupra se presara branza ( de preferat parmezan).</div>

<p>Pentru cei care adora pastele , este o reteta usor de realizat,  in timp putin si cu un final deosebit de gustos.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem putin ulei  sa se incinga. Prajiti la inceput cativa catei de usturoi, apoi ii aruncati ( au un gust amar). Adaugam baconul , il lasam sa se  prajeasca si apoi adaugam pastele fierte al dente. Amestecam si servim  fierbinti, eventual presaram deasupra putin parmezan.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se separa ouale. Galbenusurile se bat foarte bine cu zaharul. Se pun  apoi mascarpone si esenta de vanilie si se amesteca bine. Se bat  albusurile foarte bine si se incorporeaza in mascarpone. In cafeaua  racita se pune Marsala si se trec piscoturile cu partea fara  zahar in  sus.  Se aseaza unul langa altul pe o farfurie sau o tava si se  toarna  jumatate din crema. Se asaza un alt strat de piscoturi si se  toarna  restul cremei.  Se da la frigider cel putin 6 ore (24 de ore ar fi   ideal). Inainte de servire se pun in cupe si se presara cu cacao si   ciocolata neagra rasa.</p>

<li>patrunjel</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>piper</li>

<li>rozmarin</li>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se pune carnea la fiert. Se curata usturoiul si se feliaza. Se rad morcovii si impreuna cu usturoiul se calesc in doua linguri de ulei de masline.  Se adauga ciupercile taiate cubulete si se pune un capac peste tot pentru a lasa apa, cinci minute.  Se pune o oala pe foc cu apa si putina sare.  Cand a fiert, se adauga pastele si se lasa zece minute.  Se scurg si se acopera.  Se adauga apoi vinul, vita, condimentele si se acopera din nou zece minute. Daca este prea multa zeama, se ia capacul si se mai lasa putin pe foc pentru a se forma un sos mai gros. Cand este aproape gata se pune deasupra patrunjelul tocat.  Se serveste cu paste.</p>

<p>O reteta excelenta pentru o seara romantica. Se recomanda o sticla de vin roze si buna dispozitie!</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se taie puiul cuburi si se prajeste in putin ulei de floarea soarelui, acoperit, timp de douazeci de minute, pana se innabuse.  Se pune o oala pe foc cu apa, sare si putin ulei de masline.  Dupa ce incepe sa clocoteasca se adauga pastele si se lasa pana se fac.  Intre timp, se taie ciupercile cubulete la fel si ardeiul gras verde. Se tin rosiile in apa clocotita 30 de secunde pentru a se decoji mai bine, apoi se taie cubulete.  Se pune putin ulei de masline intr-o tigaie si se adauga ciupercile cu ardeiul timp de trei  minute pana se inmoaie.  Se adauga rosiile si usturoiul si se lasa cinci minute la foc mic. Se adauga mirodeniile, sare si piper si puiul si se mai lasa trei minute la foc, acoperit.  Se stinge focul si se adauga patrunjelul, se mai lasa zece minute acoperit apoi se poate servi sosul impreuna cu spaghetele sau ce alte paste ati ales.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>In poza puiul si legumele apar impreuna cu spaghete, dar se pot servi impreuna cu orice altfel de paste doriti.  Este o reteta usor de preparat, sanatoasa, si foarte bine digerabila.  Carnea de pui este una dintre preferatele mele,  iar pastele constituie o mancare care se prepara foarte repede si foarte usor, toate impreuna cu legumele asortate rezulta pe atat de gustos pe cat de frumos.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>1 ou+ faina+ apa+sare/ aluatul se framanta, se lasa la cald 30 minnute</p>
<p>Se trece prin masina pana obtinem o foaie subtire,  apoi se trece prin parte masinii care face fetuccini. Se lasa la uscat 15-30 minute.</p>
<p>Aveti nevoie de un sos facut din:<br />
1 ceapa calita<br />
50 ml smantana<br />
100 gr. parmezan ras<br />
100 gr. panceta facuta crisp in tigaie si taiata in bucatele<br />
2 galbenuse de ou<br />
sare, piper, nucusoara</p>
<p>Se fierb fetuccini cam 5 minute in apa cu sare, se scurg si se amesteca cu sosul.</p>
<p>Se presara deasupra verdeata si parmezan si se serveste imediat.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Pastele merg de minune in orice anotimp, iar retetele italiene sunt cele mai complexe si mai gustoase. Daca nu ati incercat pana acum Fetuccini Carbonara, chiar va recomand din suflet. Merita !</p>
