<ul>
<li>doua pulpe intregi de curcan taiate fiecare in doua</li>
<li>100 ml de vin alb</li>
<li>4-5 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>o frunza de dafin</li>
<li>cateva boabe de piper</li>
<li>o lingurita de otet</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem intr-o punga toate ingredientele si lasam sa stea peste noapte la marinat in frigider. Apoi punem intr-un vas termorezistent putin ulei, adaugam pulpele, restul ingredientelor din punga si o jumatate de cana de apa .</p>
<p>Acoperim cu o folie si coacem o ora la foc potrivit. Luam folia jos si mai lasam aproximativ 15 minute pana se rumenesc pulpele .</p>
<div>Servim cu garnitura de cartofi sau legume.</div>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Prajiti carnatii pana devin aurii, scoateti afara si lasati-i sa se scurga pe o hartie de bucatarie.<br />
Caliti ceapa pana se caramelizeaza. Adaugati vinul si mustarul si lasati cateva minute sa dea in clocot.<br />
Adaugati carnatii si lasati la foc mic 15 minute pana scade sosul.</p>

<li> doi catei de usturoi zdrobiti</li>

<li> doua linguri rozmarin tocat</li>

<li> o crenguta de rozmarin</li>

<li> 250ml de vin alb sec</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se incinge cuptorul la 230 de grade. Se inteapa pe toate partile, se unge  cu sare, piper, usturoi, rozmarin. Se pune intr-o tava cu o crenguta de  rozmarin deasupra si se baga la cuptor pentru 20 de minute pana se  topeste grasimea.<br />
Se reduce temperatura la 190 de grade. Puneti vinul in tava si coaceti o ora si 40 de minute, ungeti din cand in cand cu sosul.</p>

<li> cateii de la o capatana de usturoi intregi</li>

<li> ulei de masline</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> salvie</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Incingeti cuptorul la 190 de grade. Bagati doua jumatati de ceapa rosie in  pui impreuna cu cateva frunze de salvie. Ungeti puiul cu ulei si  asezonati. Coaceti cu pieptul in jos 45 de minute, apoi intoarceti pe  partea cealalta si mai coaceti 30 de  minute. Amestecati ceapa, cartofii, carnatii, usturoiul si ardeiul cu o lingura  de ulei de masline si asezonati. Puneti in tava in jurul puiului si  coaceti 45 de minute. Scoateti puiul si puneti-l deoparte. Mai lasati legumele la cuptor la 220 de grade pentru 10-15 minute pana devin aurii.</p>
<h2>Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Pui la cuptor probabil ca a fost ani la rand, mancarea de sarbatoare a  romanilor si normal ca au stiut sa o perfectioneze.</p>

<li> 200 gr de ciuperci feliate</li>

<li> 3 lingurite de cherry</li>

<li> 200 ml de smantana</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Amestecati faina cu salvia, asezonati si dati feliile de muschi de porc prin aceasta compozitie.<br />
Incalziti o tigaie cu  o lingura de ulei si untul. Prajiti muschiul pe  toate partile pana devine auriu. Luati de pe foc si tineti la cald. Intr-o tigaie incalziti restul de ulei si prajiti un minut ceapa.  Adaugati ciupercile pentru trei minute.  Adaugati cherry-ul si lasati sa dea  in clocot.  Puneti smantana, amestecati putin, apoi feliile de carne si  lasati pentru cinci minute la foc mic.</p>

<li>un curcan de aproximativ doua kilograme</li>
<li>4 cepe mici</li>
<li>o lingura mustar</li>
<li>100 ml vin alb (sec sau demisec)</li>
<li>200 ml apa minerala</li>
<li>salvie</li>
<li>rozmarin</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>piper</li>

<p><strong>Pentru umplutura: </strong>doua cepe,  patru catei de usturoi,  100g ciuperci, un ardei gras,  50g unt  si  sare</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Ungem curcanul cu mustar, presaram sare si piper pe exterior si in interior. Curatam cepele. Pregatim umplutura. Curatam toate legumele si le tocam marunt. Incingem untul intr-o cratita, punem toate legumele impreuna cu sarea si le prajim pana scad. Umplem curcanul cu umplutura, legam picioarele cu ata si il asezam in tava. Punem cepele decojite, crengutele de rozmarin si salvie, turnam vinul si apa si coacem aproximativ 80 de minute la foc moderat. (40 de minute per kg)</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Pe langa faptul ca acest curcan este umplut cu tot felul de bunatati ce impreuna aromeaza intr-un mod deosebit carnea, mai trebuie sa fie umplut si cu dragoste sa iasa masa buna. Avand in vedere ca nu este pui ci curcan recomand sa gatiti acest fel de mancare cand aveti si alti invitati la masa sau chiar de revelion cum a facut o prietena de a mea.</p>

<p>Se condimenteaza carnea cu sare , cimbru si se pune intr-un vas mai inalt uns cu putin ulei. Se adauga vinul si jumatate de pahar de apa, ceapa curatata si taiata in doua, usturoiul, morcovul taiat in lung, dafin si boabele de piper. Se baga la cuptor la foc potrivit si se coace cam 70 de minute intorcand-o din cand in cand. Se serveste cu garnitura de legume sau cartofi natur.</p>

<li>doua maini de fasole verde, taiata in lungime</li>
<li>o lingura zahar</li>
<li>o legatura coriandru proaspat</li>
<li>doua linguri otet de vin alb</li>
<li>doua linguri faina</li>
<li>sare de mare</li>
<li>piper proaspat macinat</li>
<li>ulei de masline</li>

<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierbe orezul conform instructiunilor de pe pachet, se scurge si se pastreaza la cald. Se trec bucatile de carne de porc prin faina asezonata cu sare si piper. Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie  si se prajesc timp de 5 minute, pana se rumenesc pe toate partile.  Se adauga usturoiul, chilli (sau ardei iute rosu), ghimbir,  si toate legumele. Prajiti rapid timp de un minut sau doua.<br />
Se adauga zaharul si otetul si se lasa sa scada pentru a se obtine un sos gros si lipicios &#8211; nu ar trebui sa dureze mai mult de vreo doua, trei minute.  Se serveste in boluri calde, in care ati pus mai intai orezul basmati.</p>

<p>Carnea de porc pe langa cea de pui este printre preferatele mele, as putea spune chiar sus in top, iar de aceea acest fel de mancare se poate incadra si el intre mancarurile agreate. Orezul nu ma prea incanta, dar se poate inlocui cu altceva , dupa preferinte.</p>

<p>Se taie carnea bucati mai marisoare care se bat cu ciocanul de snitele. Se condimenteaza si se prajesc in cateva linguri de ulei , cu capac la foc mic. Se mai adauga putina apa si se lasa sa se prajeasca/fiarba innabusit. Cand sunt gata se adauga ardeiul taiat rondele si ciupercile taiate in doua. Se lasa pe foc pana se fac si ciupercile ( atentie foc mic !). Se serveste cu cartofi natur.</p>

<p>Carnea de porc este una din preferatele mele, in special ceafa de porc, dar mai toata carnea de porc devine suculenta si super gustoasa daca este gatita cum trebuie&#8230;. va las sa savurati ca mie imi ploua in gura deja&#8230; hehe.</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Aripioarele se taie in doua si se pun in apa rece la fiert cu putina sare . Se spumeaza , apoi se adauga zarzavaturile la el si se fierb la foc mic . Se mai adauga sare dupa gust . Cand aripioarele sunt fierte le scoatem deoparte , le lasam un pic la racit si le condimentam cu sare si piper macinat.</p>
<p>Intr-o farfurie spargem 1-2 oua, le batem si punem un pic de sare sau delikat, pe o alta farfurie punem faina alba, iar in alta farfurie punem fulgi de porumb pe care il zdrobim in maini sa se marunteasca un pic. Aripioarele condimentate le tavalim prin faina ,prin ou si apoi prin fulgii de porumb. Se incinge intr-o tigaie uleiul si se prajesc aripioarele pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Se serveste alaturi de cartofi pai si cu pasta de usturoi.</p>

<p>Aripioarele de pui cu fulgi de porumb, este una din mancarurile mele preferate, si toti prietenii stiu asta deoarece stiu bineinteles ca sunt fan KFC. Mie personal imi plac putin mai picante si bineinteles cu garnitura de cartofi pai, sos de usturoi, si sa nu uitam&#8230; o cola mare rece!. <img src='http://barbablu.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
