<li>1 kg de cartofi taiati cubulete</li>

<li> doua linguri de ulei de masline</li>

<li> o jumatate de ceapa rosie taiata fin</li>

<li> doi catei de usturoi zdrobiti</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> trei linguri de paprika dulce</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> un sfert de lingura de piper cayenne</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 500 gr de rosii curatate, decojite, fara samburi, taiate cubulete</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> o foaie de dafin</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> o lingurita de zahar</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 200 ml de ulei</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Incingeti bine uleiul si prajiti cartofii pana devin aurii. Scoateti si puneti deoparte pe o hartie de bucatarie.<br />
Incalziti uleiul de masline si caliti ceapa 5 minute. Adaugati  usturoiul, paprika, piperul si lasati 2 minute. Adaugati rosiile, foaia  de dafin, zaharul si 80 ml de apa, lasati sa dea in clocot la foc mic, 20  minute.<br />
Scoateti frunza si lasati la racit. Dati sosul la blender.  Inainte de servire mai prajiti cartofii inca 2 minute pentru extra crocant. Serviti cu sosul picant.</p>

<li> doua linguri de otet</li>
</ul>

<li> patru linguri de double cream/smantana</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 150 gr de branza cheddar rasa</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Spanacul bine spalat se pune intr-o oala cu apa fiarta si sare, se lasa  la foc pana se inmoaie. Intre timp se incinge o tigaie cu untul, se  adauga sunca taiata cubulete si se lasa pana se prajesc. Se adauga  spanacul bine scurs si batut, se amesteca bine si se adauga nucsoara. Se  lasa trei minute la foc mediu. Se gusta pentru a vedea daca mai este  nevoie de sare, atentie, sunca e posibil sa fie sarata, deci adaugati  doar putin piper. Ouale se pun intr-o oala cu doi litrii de apa, doua linguri de otet, cand apa  incepe sa fiarba.  Se pun cu grija si se lasa pana acestea se incheaga,  in jur de cinci minute.<br />
Intr-o tava unsa cu putin unt se formeaza patru musuroaie din spanac.  Deasupra se adauga ouale, smantana si branza rasa. Se da la cuptor  incins dinainte la 220 de grade, pana devin aurii, in jur de zece minute.</p>

<p>O mancare delicioasa, usoara si sanatoasa.</p>

<li> 85 gr de branza Cheddar rasa</li>

<li> 300 ml de double cream/smantana lichida</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Incalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade. Ungeti o tava cu unt.<br />
Aranjati un strat de cartofi pe fundul tavii. Adaugati jumatate din  cantitatea de usturoi, jumatate din ceapa si un sfert din branza.  Asezonati.  Repetati inca o data procedura terminand cu un strat de cartofi si  restul de branza. Turnati smantana deasupra si coaceti o ora jumatate  sau pana cartofii sunt bine facuti.</p>
<h2>Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Inainte de servire puteti adauga din nou smantana peste cartofii din farfurie, dupa preferinte.</p>

<li>500 gr ciuperci</li>
<li>doi catei usturoi zdrobiti</li>
<li>7 linguri smantana grasa</li>
<li>1 mana de patrunjel</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se inchinge uleiul si se adauga untul apoi ciupercile.  Se lasa 4 minute  pana se inmoaie, apoi se adauga usturoiul si smantana. Se lasa pana se  inmoaie si se invelesc in sosul de smantana dar sa nu fiarba.  Se  amesteca patrunjelul.  Se poate servi cu paine prajita si prosciutto.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Intr-o tigaie cu putin unt, se calesc legumele mexicane, ceapa taiata marunt si sunca, condimentate bine. Taieteii se fierb separat Batem ouale, adaugam smantana si cascavalul ras plus praful de copt. Taieteii ii amestecam cu legumele calite cu sunca si cu sosul de ou, smantana si cas. Condimentam dupa gust cu verdeturi. uscata. Tapetam formele pentru briose cu hartia specifica si le umplem cu compozitie, chiar si peste marginea hartiei. Le lasam la copt intre 25 si 30 de minute.</p>

<li>15 rosii</li>
<li>250g branza telemea</li>
<li>2 ardei grasi verzi</li>
<li>5 fire busuioc verde</li>
<li>3 lingurite oregano</li>
<li>3 catei usturoi</li>
<li>Ulei masline</li>
<li>sare, piper</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Curatati ardeiul de seminte,  spalati si taiati cubulete.   Opariti rosiile,  curatati-le de pielita si taiati-le cubulete.   Amestecati legumele cu branza faramata,  oregano,  busuioc,  usturoiul tocat marunt,  ulei dupa gust,  sare si piper.<br />
Intindeti aluatul intr-o foaie de circa4 mm grosime,  taiati-o in triughiuri,  apoi marginile rasuciti-le spre interior.   Puneti 2-3 linguri amestec pe fiecare triunghi.  Puneti intr-o tava acoperita cu folie de aluminiu  si lasati 15-20 de minute.</p>

<li>100g feta, taiata in 16 cubulete</li>
<li>Sos Worestershire</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se pune carnea tocata intr-un castron mare,  se adauga condimentele,  ardeiul iute,  ierburile,  sosul Worcestershire si oul si se amesteca bine.  Se separa amestecul in 16 parti egale.   Se taie branza feta in bucati mici.  Se formeaza chiftelutele punandu-se in mijlocul fiecareia cate un cubulet de feta.  Se tin la rece pana ce mai e o ora pana la sosirea musafirilor.  Se incinge cuptorul la 200 grade.  Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie.   Se prajesc chiftelele pana devin maronii pe toate partile,  apoi se transfera intr-o tava.   Se dau la cuptor intre 5-10 minute pana sunt patrunse bine si  fierbinti.<br />
Se asaza pe un platou si se servesc cu iaurtul natural.</p>

<li>100 gr sunca presata, cubulete</li>
<li>o lingura ulei de masline</li>
<li>doi dovlecei mari, taiati bucati</li>
<li>150 gr de porumb dulce</li>
<li>250 gr spanac fiert si scurs</li>
<li>300 gr ciuperci</li>
<li>opt oua</li>
<li>150 gr branza cu usturoi si ierburi</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Taiati legumele si sunca in cubulete.  Pregatiti branza, amestecand-o cu doi catei de usturoi si o legatura de patrunjel. Prajiti in ulei, intr-o tigaie mare nonaderenta, cubuletele de sunca,  pana cand se rumenesc.  Adaugati dovleceii si continuati sa mai prajiti cateva minute.  Adaugati porumbul, spanacul si ciupercile, asezonati si mai lasati un pic la prajit.  Incingeti cuptorul la putere medie.  Bateti ouale si rasturnati-le peste legume. Presarati branza, apoi lasati pe foc cinci minute, pana cand ouale incep sa se inchege pe la marginea tigaii.  Lasati la cuptor pana cand oul este gata si frittata se rumeneste usor.<br />
Taiati felii si serviti cu salata verde.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Pana nu demult nici nu auzisem de frittata, dar dupa ce am descoperit-o  parca nu ma mai pot satura. Un buchet de arome, o explozie de culori si o consistenta deosebita fac din acest fel de mancare unul ce iese parca in evidenta in peisajul culinar. Pofta Buna!</p>

<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele bine si  se formeaza bile de marimea unei cirese mai mari ( cresc mult in timpul prajitului ) , se prajesc in baie de ulei pana se rumenesc putin, se scot pe hartie absorbanta, respectiv servetele.<br />
Se servesc atat reci cat si calde.</p>

<p>Mie imi plac mult aperitivele deoarece se prepara foarte rapid si simplu si cu putina imaginatie ajung sa aiba un impact pozitiv asupra invitatilor impresionand prin prezentare si de ce nu si gust.</p>

<li>drojdie proaspata 12 gr</li>
<li>ulei de masline sau si de floarea soarelui cam 50 gr</li>

<li>putina sare si putin zahar</li>

<p><strong>Pentru umplutura e nevoie de</strong>: 200 gr masline negre sau verzi;  2 catei de usturoi; un ardei mic si rosu iute (optional); si 100 gr ulei.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Preparare:</h2>
<p><strong>Pentru aluat</strong>:  Cernem faina intr-un vas adanc, adaugam toate ingrendientele si amestecam pana la omogenizare. Nu dureaza mai mult de cinci minute , o sa vedeti ca imediat aluatul se desprinde de pe degete. Acoperim vasul si lasam sa creasca aproximativ o ora.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru umplutura</strong>: Tocam maslinele nu foarte marunt , tocam si ardeiul. Intr-o craticioara punem uleiul la incins , adaugam usturoiul necuratat, il lasam sa se prajeasca putin si apoi il scoatem si-l aruncam. Adaugam maslinele si ardeiul si le lasam sa se caleasca cam cinci minute.</p>
<p>Se intinde aluatul pe o planseta tapetata cu faina . Pe jumatate de aluat se pune umplutura de masline , se acopera cu cealalta jumatate  si se taie fasii. Acestea se rasucesc cu grija si se pun intr-o tava tapetata doar cu hartie. Se ung cu putin ulei si se coc in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 15 minute la foc tare.Se scot pe un servet. Sunt foarte crocante, si inca un sfat mic: folositi faina de grau dura atunci vor fi cu adevarat crocante.</p>
<h2 style="clear: both;">Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Sunt foarte bune si merg de minune cu o bere rece langa. Daca sunteti din Baia Mare va recomand sa incercati (daca nu ati incercat inca) si baghetele cu sos de usturoi (asta imi place mie) de la pizzeria Cinque Cento ce la fel merg de minune cu o bere rece in timpul verii (si nu numai).</p>
