<p>Acum vreo 2 saptamani am fost invitati la unul din cei mai buni prieteni ai nostri acasa, la o seara speciala.  Nici nu puteam visa ce deliciu gastronomic ne va  astepta.</p>

<li>Foi de Lasagna – preferabil Barilla</li>
<li>Sos Bolognese – marca Baneasa – 2 Borcane</li>
<li>Unt – un pachet</li>
<li>Lapte – 1 Litru</li>
<li>Faina – 3 linguri mari</li>
<li>Carne tocata de vita – 1 kg</li>
<li>Mozzarella – 300g</li>
<li>Condimente.</li>
<li></li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se prajeste carnea de vita, la foc mic, fara ulei, sau alte adaosuri. Trebuie amestecat des, pana cind devine grunjoasa, separata in bucatele mici, ca un pilaf. Se condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare, piper, oregano si alte ierburi aromate dupa gust.</p>
<p>Sosul béchamel se face astfel:  separat, intr-un vas se fierbe laptele si se topeste untul in lapte. Se trage vasul deoparte si se ingroasa cu faina, amestecand continu pentru a nu se face cocoloase.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cu ingredientele pregatite la indemana, se trece la asezarea pe straturi. Intr-o tava metalica, inalta, se tapeteaza peretii cu unt. Foile de lasagna pot fi inmuiate inainte sau nu, doar ca sint mai usor de “croit” in tava daca au fost trecute prin apa calda inainte.</p>
<p>Pe fundul tavii se va pune un strat de foi de lasagna, apoi uniform carnea, sosul béchamel si apoi sosul Bolognese. Fiecare componenta se intinde uniform pe stratul pe care se aseaza, cu lingura. Trebuie atentie ca sosul béchamel sa se amestece cu carnea, iar cel rosu Bolognese, sa fie separat, deasupra. Se repeta operatiunea de mai sus, din cantitatile retetei ar trebui sa va iasa 3 straturi intr-o tava de 40&#215;20 cm, inalta de 5-6 cm.</p>

<p>Deasupra se razaleste pe ochiurile mari ale razatoarei mozzarella. Ultimul strat trebuie sa fie sosul Bolognese peste care se razaleste mozzarella.</p>

<p>Se pune la cuptorul incalzit la 200 de grade timp de 35-40 de min.</p>

<p>Cind se scoate, se lasa sa se raceasca 10-15 min inainte de a fi taiata si servita, altfel straturile vor aluneca si se pot desface.</p>

<h2>Parere personala:</h2>
<p>Adevarul este ca acestei retete nu ii mai lipseste nimic, desigur sunteti liberi sa incercati si variatii ale acestei minunatii, dar va recomand macar o data in viata sa gustati originalul. N-o sa va para rau!</p>

<li>250 gr de paste</li>

<li>un pahar de vin alb sec</li>

<li>doua rosii</li>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se taie usturoiul si ardeiul iute rondele subtiri. Se taie rosiile cubulete, aveti grija insa ca rosiile sa fie mai zemoase.<br />
Se fierb pastele. Dupa fierbere se amesteca cu o lingura de ulei de masline si se tin la cald.<br />
Se oparesc un pic fructele de mare daca sunt congelate, la foc mic.</p>
<p>Separat se topeste untul si se stinge cu un pahar de vin alb sec. Se lasa vinul sa scada pana la jumatate din cantitatea initiala.<br />
Se incinge o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline, se pune usturoiul si ardeiul iute, urmate de fructele de mare bine scurse pana se calesc putin. Se adauga rosiile si busuiocul, se potrivesc cu sare si piper (atentie la piper deoarece ardeiul iute calit le face foarte iuti).</p>
<p>Se sting pe urma cu sosul de unt si vin. Se amesteca apoi cu pastele.</p>

<p>Eventual, puteti presara deasupra putin parmezan ras.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierb pastele conform instructiunilor de pe punga.<br />
Ceapa si  usturoiul se taie marunt si se calesc in doua linguri de ulei de masline.  Ciupercile se spala, se taie  fasii si se pun in tigaie peste ceapa si usturoi.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se caleasca bine pana scade apa lasata, se sareaza. Separat se amesteca amidonul cu  smantana  si laptele si se adauga la  ciuperci. Se mai lasa cateva minute la foc mic, amestecand mereu.</p>
<div>Pastele se scurg de apa si se servesc cu sosul de ciuperci. Deasupra se presara branza ( de preferat parmezan).</div>

<p>Pentru cei care adora pastele , este o reteta usor de realizat,  in timp putin si cu un final deosebit de gustos.</p>

<li> 50 gr de zahar pudra</li>

<li> o jumatate de lingurita de scortisoara</li>

<li> 120 ml de lapte</li>

<li> un mar curatat si ras</li>
</ul>

<li> o jumatate de lingura de unt</li>
</ul>

<li> 45 gr de unt moale</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> o lingura de sirop de artar</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Amestecam faina, zaharul si scortisoara si facem o groapa in mijloc.  Adaugam oul si laptele. Cu o lingura de lemn incorporam usor, apoi  adaugam marul. Incalzim untul intr-o tigaie de teflon si la foc mic punem cu lingura  compozitie. Lasam un minut pe o parte, apoi cand incepe sa rasufle, o  intoarcem si mai lasam jumatate de minut.<br />
Cand compozitia incepe sa se ingroase diluam cu putin lapte.<br />
Dupa ce clatitele sunt gata, pregatim un sos din untul topit cu siropul  de artar la foc mic si turnam acest sos peste clatite.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem putin ulei  sa se incinga. Prajiti la inceput cativa catei de usturoi, apoi ii aruncati ( au un gust amar). Adaugam baconul , il lasam sa se  prajeasca si apoi adaugam pastele fierte al dente. Amestecam si servim  fierbinti, eventual presaram deasupra putin parmezan.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Punem intr-o punga toate ingredientele si lasam sa stea peste noapte la marinat in frigider. Apoi punem intr-un vas termorezistent putin ulei, adaugam pulpele, restul ingredientelor din punga si o jumatate de cana de apa .</p>
<p>Acoperim cu o folie si coacem o ora la foc potrivit. Luam folia jos si mai lasam aproximativ 15 minute pana se rumenesc pulpele .</p>
<div>Servim cu garnitura de cartofi sau legume.</div>

<li> un praf de copt stins cu zeama de lamaie</li>

<li> doua plicuri de zahar vanilat</li>

<li> esenta de rom</li>

<li> esenta de lamaie</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> un castronel cu nuci taiate marunt si alune prajite</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> doua linguri de cacao</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> sase linguri cu apa rece</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> zece linguri de ulei</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> 3-4  linguri de smantana</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se freaca cu mixerul spuma, o cana de zahar cu galbenusurile pana devina ca o crema, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul.</p>
<p>Se adauga pe rand zaharul vanilat, esentele, lingurile de apa rece, lingurile de ulei si se amesteca bine.<br />
Se pune praful de copt stins cu lamaie, cele doua cani cu faina si se  amesteca, se adauga nucile, alunele si lingurile de smantana.</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma tare impreuna cu restul de zahar, cam 10 minute cu mixerul, 5 cu robotul, pana sta batos.<br />
Dupa aceea se incorporeaza foarte usor in compozitia cu galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Se toarna totul in doua tavi de chec unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina sau acoperite cu foaie de copt.<br />
Se opreste putin din compozitia rezultata si se amesteca cu cele doua  linguri de cacao. Se toarna pe deasupra in strat subtire si se niveleaza  cu furculita.<br />
Se pot pune si fulgi de ciocolata.<br />
Tavile se dau la cuptor la foc potrivit, cu cuptorul incins in prealabil  la 180 de grade. Se tin 30-40 de minute, se verifica cu o scobitoare daca s-au  facut.<br />
Dupa ce s-au copt si s-au scos din tavi si s-au racit putin se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>

<li> un pastarnac taiat marunt</li>

<li> doua linguri de ulei</li>
</ul>

<li> trei oua</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> sase linguri de smantana</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> trei linguri de otet</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> doi catei de usturoi</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> o legatura de marar</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> delikat, piper</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se fierb ceapa, telina, morcovii, pastarnacul intr-o oala cu 4 litri de  apa cu putina sare. Dupa ce au fiert un sfert de ora, se pune salata  care in prealabil a fost bine spalata, taiata julien si oparita. Se  adauga usturoiul zdrobit.<br />
Costita afumata se taie cuburi mai mari si se inabusa in ulei indoit cu  apa pentru cateva minute. Se adauga in ciorba si se mai lasa 5 minute.<br />
Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri si in tigaia unde s-au prajit  costitele se prepara albusurile, amestecand in ele pentru cateva minute.<br />
Galbenusurile se amesteca cu un praf de sare, smantana si putina zeama de ciorba racita.<br />
Se toarna albusul prajit si galbenusurile in ciorba. Se asezoneaza cu delikat dupa gust, piper si se acreste cu otet.<br />
Se ia de pe foc si se presara marar tocat.</p>

<p>Inainte de a se consuma se pot adauga 2 linguri de smantana in farfurie.</p>

<li> un sfert de cana cu orez</li>

</ul>
<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Varza se taie fideluta, se pune sare si se lasa o jumatate de ora. Se  stoarce de zeama si se pune intr-o oala cu uleiul, la calit pana se  inmoaie. Se adauga bulionul si se stinge cu o cana de apa calduta apoi  se asezoneaza.<br />
Se taie carnea si impreuna cu ceapa calita se dau prin masina de tocat sau la robot.<br />
Orezul se opareste, se scurge bine de zeama si se condimenteaza.<br />
Intr-o cratita se pune un strat de varza, toata carnea, tot orezul, doua  linguri de smantana, apoi iar un strat de varza si doua linguri de  smantana. Se da la cuptor pentru jumatate de ora. Se serveste cu  smantana.</p>

<p>Inainte de a se consuma se poate adauga smantana peste, dupa preferinte.</p>

<h2>Preparare:</h2>
<p>Se incinge cuptorul la 170 de grade. Frecam bine untul cu tot zaharul pana acesta se topeste si nu se simte zgrunturos.<br />
Adaugam oul, apoi vanilia si praful de copt si amestecam iar foarte bine pana devine cremos.<br />
Punem faina si omogenizam bine, apoi incorporam ciocolata maruntita cu cutitul, dar sa fie si bucati mai mari.</p>
<p>Pe o tava punem hartie de copt. Cu o lingurita, la distanta unele de  altele, punem movilite in tava. Nu trebuie sa fie perfecte ca forma, se  vor intinde in tava.</p>
<p>Se coc pentru 15 minute. Fursecuri vor fi un pic moi in centru si rumene  doar pe margine. Chiar daca sunteti tentati sa-i lasati mai mult la  cuptor, fiindca vi se par prea moi, nu faceti asta. Se scot fursecurile  pe o farfurie lata, intr-un singur strat si se lasa la racit, ele se vor  intari.</p>
